The Capability Maturity Model (CMMi) is a process improvement model for development of products and services. The model provides a foundation and guidance for organisations looking to bring uniformity and predictability to their operations.

Many organisations have struggled to make best use of the model and to understand how to bring about the cultural changes required, to ensure best use of the concepts CMMi defines.

As well as an overview of the CMMi model and its practical implementation within the workplace, this presentation will cover some of the techniques and approaches Nexor has used create an organisation where CMMi can and does make a difference.
