Bring your own device (BYOD) is on the rise, as employees continue to use their own Laptops, Smartphones and Tablets for business purposes, whether sanctioned or unsanctioned.

Our industry expert speakers will look at the consequences of innovation being driven in the consumer space rather than the enterprise, along with a closer look at the benefits that BYOD can bring to businesses.

We will also present the results of a ground breaking survey by Ovum of over 4,000 professionals, examining employee attitudes and behaviour in relation to using mobile devices at work. This will look at:

  • How many people actually bring their own devices and how this differs between job roles and verticals;
  • What applications they are using on their own devices;
  • Whether people like the idea of using a personal device for work, or whether they would prefer to keep their work and personal lives separate;
  • What impact BYOD is having on productivity?

This will be followed by a case study of forward-thinking BYOD implementation at Nottingham Trent University.

To reserve your place, please email sam.devonshire@4itrecruitment.co.uk or call 0113 205 4033
