Enterprise Architecture Modelling can be a complicated topic, especially when considering the requirements of the wider organisation outside of IT Architects. It becomes more complicated when incorporating a relationship to the Configuration Management DataBase; detailing all relevant information about the hardware and software components used in an organization's IT services and the relationships between those components.

Karen will be sharing her experiences of both EA modelling and CMDB interfaces, including some of the mistakes made as part of this process and sharing where they are now.
