We live in a constantly changing world, where complex service delivery strategies require a foundation of accurate IT Asset and Configuration Data to help manage operational, financial, legal and compliance risk as well as support effective management decision making.

The twin disciplines of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management play a critical role in enabling effective service design, transition and operations, maximising the return on investment of IT investments, and, above all, managing risk. Join our special guests, Kylie Fowler and Joshua Moore from the Configuration Management Specialist Group, who will do a joint presentation to explain how Service Asset & Configuration Management (in ITIL-speak) work together to support IT Service Delivery.
