Over the last 15-20 years, Business Analysis has developed into a specialist function that can enable organisations to make better, and more relevant, use of IT systems. In order to achieve this, it is vital that the full potential of business analysis is understood and exploited by organisations. Debra Paul will discuss the range of activities that may be carried out or supported by business analysts in order to deliver real value to IT-enabled business change projects.
